Why do you need my credit card?
We need your credit card to process orders without delays. It’s stored securely through Stripe vault. You keep all the money from your customers, and we charge you the wholesale price plus $20 CAD for shipping. All prices on our site are in Canadian dollars.
Are there any fees for using the dropshipping service?
No hidden fees! You only pay for the products you sell and shipping. No contracts or setup costs.

What does the label/parcel look like? Can I customize the boxes?
Adult toy consumers value discretion, so we ship orders in plain brown Uline boxes with no identifying markers. The label will include our address, but the company name will appear as 'Shipping Department.'

Certain manufacturers restrict their products from being dropshipped, which is why they are unavailable on the app.

Why does the app keep asking for my credit card again?
Our app only accepts Canadian or American credit cards. Please double-check that you're using a valid card from one of these countries.
How do I mark up the prices?
To adjust prices for all products, use the markup calculator next to the "Import All Products" button. Click the "0%" to set your markup. You can also click on individual product prices to change them one by one.
The products are showing out of stock on my website.
Ensure the products are connected to our warehouse. Open the product description, scroll down to 'Inventory,' and under 'Locations,' make sure 'EP Products Dropshipping' is listed. If it's not, click 'Edit
locations' and check 'EP Products Dropshipping.' Please contact us if 'EP Products Dropshipping' is not available in 'Edit locations.'
My markup prices won't save/keep changing back.
Markup prices will revert if the Minimum Advertised Price (MAP) Policy is violated. Compare your prices to the manufacturer's website and ensure they're not more than 10% below the official prices.
