Orders will be shipped via standard ground, with the carrier that provides the best rate. For orders of $500.00 or more, before taxes or discounts will receive Free standard ground shipping. We do not cover the insurance costs or special/expedient Services. The base ground shipping costs will be deducted from the expedient shipping price and the difference will be added onto your invoice.

Return Policy
DAMAGES & MIS-SHIPS
Customers are responsible to verify and confirm the contents of each shipment upon receipt. Claims are required to be made within 10 days of receipt of goods. If there is a discrepancy or if any items were damaged during transit, you must retain the box that the item(s) arrived in so that we may file a report with the carrier. Please contact us to report any issues with an order or for questions regarding an invoice.
Defective Items & Warranties:
As a wholesale account holder, you do not require an authorization number to make a return. If a product is in-stock we will exchange defective product, otherwise a credit will be issued. We stand behind the products that we sell by handling any warranty issues on behalf of the manufacturer for the first year. Consumers should still be advised to register their products online with the manufacturer if extended warranties are in place.
Items with an expiration date (Condoms & Lubes) Please check the date when receiving, if it has expired or soon will expire, please contact us ASAP.
We request defective and warranty returns be every 60 days and with a note on each item, explaining how product is defective. The merchandise returned must be free of all customers' markings and tags. All merchandise must be in its original packaging. Please note that you will be responsible for the shipping cost to have them sent back to us. If you are able, please include invoice number showing item and purchase date, it is greatly appreciated.
Please make sure your company or account holder name is clearly indicated on the shipping label or on a packing slip inside the box.
