Please read these Terms and Conditions (“Agreement”, “Terms and Conditions”) carefully before using www.epproductscanada.com (“the Site”) operated by 1451032 B.C. LTD. (“us”, “we”, or “our”). This Agreement sets forth the legally binding terms and conditions for your use of the Site at www.epproductscanada.com.
By accessing or using the Site in any manner, including, but not limited to, visiting or browsing the Site or contributing content or other materials to the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. Capitalized terms are defined in this Agreement.
SHIPPING
Orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days of receiving your order. All orders are shipped via Canada Post and/or UPS. Customers are responsible for shipping charges unless the minimum spend is met to qualify for free shipping.
DAMAGES & MIS-SHIPS
Customers are responsible to verify and confirm the contents of each shipment upon receipt. Claims must be made within 7 days of receipt of goods. If there is a discrepancy or if any items were damaged during transit, you must retain the box that the item(s) arrived in so we may file a report with the carrier. Please do not add or deduct any amounts from invoices for any reason until an EP Products Canada credit or debit memo has been issued. This includes, but is not limited to, mis-ships, damages, and/or defective items. Please contact us to report any issues with an order or for questions regarding an invoice.
DROPSHIPPING
EP Products Canada offers a flat shipping fee of $20.00 CAD for orders containing three items or less, to any location within Canada or the USA, with discreet delivery. There are no dropshipping fees. EP Products Canada’s default is to process dropship orders via Canada Post.
RETURNS
Returns will not be accepted without prior authorization and an EP Products Canada issued RA#. Please contact us at info@epproductscanada.com for authorization and instructions on how to proceed. Defective goods will be replaced or credited to your account.
EP Products Canada is unable to accept returns for the following reasons (including but not limited to):
Used merchandise (due to health and safety reasons)
Damaged packaging
Articles of clothing, lingerie, costumes, or latex products
Testers or display models
Any product missing components, accessories, or packaging
Products not in the manufacturer’s original packaging
Items with expiration dates such as lubricants, topicals, contraceptives, and edible items
All defective goods will require photo evidence to receive an RA#.
PRICING
All prices are subject to change without prior notice.
INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
The Site and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by 1451032 B.C. LTD. and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property or proprietary rights laws.
TERMINATION
We may terminate your access to the Site without cause or notice, which may result in the forfeiture and destruction of all information associated with you. All provisions of this Agreement that by their nature should survive termination shall survive termination, including, without limitation, ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability.
LINKS TO OTHER SITES
Our Site may contain links to third-party sites that are not owned or controlled by 1451032 B.C. LTD.
We have no control over and assume no responsibility for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party sites or services. We strongly advise you to read the terms and conditions and privacy policy of any third-party site you visit.
GOVERNING LAW
This Agreement (and any further rules, policies, or guidelines incorporated by reference) shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of BC, Canada, without giving effect to any principles of conflicts of law.
CHANGES TO THIS AGREEMENT
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms and Conditions by posting the updated terms on the Site. Your continued use of the Site after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms and Conditions.
Please review this Agreement periodically for changes. If you do not agree to any part of this Agreement or any changes to it, do not use or continue to use the Site.
